The owner of a large cabin aircraft contracted Oxygen 4 to provide the Airbus 319 Corporate Jet for a long-range journey for some clients who wished to scuba dive in the Caribbean sea. Their own aircraft was unable to accommodate the luggage and scuba gear but with Oxygen 4’s expertise, the ultra luxurious VIP Airbus was booked – the aircraft is equipped with all manner of extras – we understand the clients didn’t test their scuba gear in the aircraft shower facilities !

Maria Morozova was contacted by the agent of a young, rising British pop star who was contracted to perform for a private party in Moscow. Through a sad set of circumstances, the diva also had to attend a funeral for another celebrity and was unable to make her flight connection in time for her stage call. Oxygen 4 arranged a Citation Sovereign ready for her to whisk het Moscow and return her post-performance.

Following the successful completion of a Financial Roadshow for a South American client through one of Oxygen 4’s banking clients, the South American company requested the information of Oxygen 4 to ensure that their future charter requirements were all handled with the speed and efficiency of their IPO. In the past two months Oxygen 4 have performed a number of successful charters in the US and Europe for these clients.
December 2008 and January 2009
Once again Christmas was as expected... the Oxygen 4 "Chambery Shuttle" with various aircraft ranging from Citation Excel, Learjet 60, Challenger 300/604/605 as well as an Airbus 318 Elite were just some of the aircraft taking clients to the French Alps. In addition the long haul charters were just as interesting, taking numerous wide bodied aircraft to the Caribbean, Maldives, Seychelles and other sunshine destinations.

Oxygen 4 provided an unusual charter from Bulgaria to New York with a Gulfstream 550, this was outside of the usual remit of the client – the following week Oxygen 4 noticed that the company had completed the purchase of a large US Auction House. It is noted how often for business flights that one will perform a flight, only then to read about ‘why’ in the media shortly afterwards.

Oxana Mirza received a call from a client who was standing in Italy and was upset by some overcast weather on his holiday. With the client’s PA also away on holiday, we arranged a 5 star suite at a leading hotel in the Canary Islands and swiftly organised an Embraer Legacy for him and his party that departed that evening. The client enjoyed the sunshine and return to home using the same aircraft 5 days later.

Steven Jack booked Oxygen 4’s 2000th charter, they were pleased that it was for a long standing client for their holiday in Greece. Steven stated "it is exceptional that we have achieved 2000 flights in such a short period of time, it is really a big thanks to the team here and to our loyal customers".

Mark Green was called for by a VIP charter client who’s friend has been taken sick and needed transferred to a specialist unit. Oxygen 4 utilised the services of a fully ICU equipped Challenger 604 to perform the sensitive flight, we also assisted with the arrangement of the ground ambulance services and ensured the patient and the family were transported in safety and comfort.

Sarah Morris took a call from one of Oxygen 4 celebrity contacts who was organising a private party in the North of England. The artist had commitments Central Europe and Sarah arranged a flight to the UK, dealing with the extension of an airport as well as helicopter transfers to and from the location of the private party – and although the flight kept Sarah awake ‘All Night Long’ she was ‘Dancing on the Ceiling’ when the flight was completed successfully !

Oxygen 4 arranged a flight for an A-List actor from New York – Europe. A keen aviator himself, the client arrived to the FBO at New York Teterboro in his Cessna Citation where he connected with the Gulfstream IV. He joked to the crew on board that the chartered Gulfstream IV would have flown direct and arrived in Europe before his own aircraft would have been landing for its second fuel stop !

Rod Glassford was asked by one of our top clients for assistance with his wedding arrangements. Taking an Embraer Legacy, a Boeing 757 VIP with 49 seats and a further Global 5000 to whisk the happy couple away on honeymoon to the Maldives after the wedding. The client insisted that the aircraft for his wedding guests became "party planes" and during sector to central Europe, guests on the aircraft consumed 80 bottles of vintage Champagne, numerous bottles wines, some of the finest cognacs and other premium spirits For the aircraft, Oxygen 4 arranged the finest cuisine from one of Moscow’s most fashionable restaurants and the air crew were fully briefed that these were ‘party planes’. Rod Glassford of Oxygen 4 commented "It was a pleasure to deal with the man who is paying the bills. He was a true gentleman and clearly wanted to ensure that his friends and family had the best time possible. With our expertise, his party started when they first sat down on the aircraft".

Oxygen 4’s Gintare Giliuviene was contacted by a new investment banking client. The bank were concerned about the price that they had received for an Eastern European Roadshow, Oxygen 4 were able to source, locate and confirm an identical aircraft and offer the client a 25% saving. Needless to say, the investment bank is still to this day a client of Oxygen 4 !

The Winter season was in full flow and from Mid December – Mid January, Oxygen 4 provided 80 flights to ski destinations, the most popular locations as usual being the French Alps.

A client who was unable to confirm rooms at Courcheval contacted Oxygen 4 to enquire about whether or not we were able to assist with a suite and an adjoining room at one of 1850’s top hotels. Using all their knowledge and contacts, we were able to secure the client their required rooms. The cost for the 10 day stay for the room only was in excess of Euros 50,000. Oxygen 4 naturally also supported the client with their jet requirements.

When a tricky enquiry from one of our regular clients that needed assistance outside of their usual remit, Steven Jack took the enquiry in hand. The requirement was to fly an internal Norwegian sector from Bodo to Svolvaer. The client had an important meeting and there simply was no other way to make the meeting unless flying. Steven assessed the journey and took note of the short runway and arranged a DHC-8 aircraft that was able to successfully operate the sectors. Steven stated that "whilst the client is used to booking Challenger type aircraft, it was good to be able to demonstrate our capacity in other areas".

Maria Morozova from the Oxygen 4 office received a call from a client who had a technical problem with their own aircraft that was planned to fly from Nice – Moscow. Maria located a Challenger 604 that was able to depart from Nice and maintain the clients schedule. Oxygen 4 was also able to use their contacts to arrange short notice Russian permissions for the passenger.

Mark Green was contacted by a client who was due to become a father for the first time; with his business interests in Cyprus, Oxygen 4 arranged a 6 month old Challenger 300 to be on stand-by for the client for two weeks – eventually after 10 days the call came at 2140 UK time and Andrew Aitken; the Oxygen 4 duty officer arranged the transfer to Italy within two hours of the confirmation. Mark Green called and congratulated the father who told him that after all the running around, there was no hurry because "he" endured a 36 hour labour !

Oxygen 4 successfully completed a mission for an adventurous family who were holidaying in Chile; Rod Glassford arranged a tour between the cities of Santiago – Concepcion – Puerto Montt – Osorno – Santiago as well as assisting with ground transportation. Using a locally based Gulfstream 150, the clients were delighted with the trip... however their next holiday was slightly less adventurous as Oxygen 4 flew them to Nice for their holiday in Antibes.

Oxygen 4 were contacted by one of their high nett worth clients to provide an aircraft for one of the world most famous ‘Divas’ for a private birthday party in London. At the party was the Diva, another artist as well as arguably the world most famous burlesque dancer we performing. Director of Oxygen 4; Mark Green was also asked to be Master of Ceremonies for the event and was pleased to be able to assist the client; stating "it was honour and fantastic to meet and introduce the stars – they were good fun. It was also a pleasure to deal with the principal in relaxed surroundings" Although ‘love don’t cost a thing’ – the jet was something of the order of USD 200,000 !

One of the Oxygen 4 team members was called for a urgent Royal flight to Dallas, US. We quickly confirmed a VIP Airbus 319CJ with 34 seats and used the Royal Terminal at London Heathrow airport. All the specific catering was ordered, the sleeping configuration was arranged and the clients arrived to Dallas refreshed.

Oxygen 4 had noticed an increase in work from the financial sector, this became hugely apparent when one company that was preparing their IPO spent more than GBP 350,000 on aircraft charter including four transatlantic crossings. During this year the increase in business from the financial sector for business and leisure travel.

A Tale of 23 cities. Oxygen 4 booked a Rock band's European Tour and visited 23 cities in the Gulfstream 200. The crew of the airline were invited to each night of the tour and were last seen adjusting the volume on their cockpit radios !
August 2006
Oxygen 4 provided another holiday flight and it proved to be their most challenging of all flights so far. The Gulfstream V visited nine cities in Africa and Asia including Kilimanjaro and Paro. Permission into Paro, Bhutan was hard to obtain but Oxygen 4 worked with the clients, the airline and tour company in Bhutan to allow the aircraft into this highly restricted airport.

The World Cup finals in Germany provided a challenging time for the Oxygen 4 team. Although slots at the airports of the games were highly restricted, Oxygen 4 provided 14 separate aircraft for the finals. It was a shame that England didn't make the final, this would have improved these numbers even further as well as providing a great evening for avid football fans / Directors Mark and Rod. Unfortunately Scotland didn't make the finals - better luck in 2010 Steven !

A client asked us to provide a Gulfstream 550 from Europe to visit 4 countries in the Caribbean over 13 nights. During the trip the clients changed their plans and Oxygen 4 jumped into action providing aircraft to fly to nine Caribbean islands during their stay. Oxygen 4 also assisted with the arrangement of a presidential suite in an exclusive hotel before returning with the Gulfstream to Europe.

The Oxygen 4 office received a call at 0600 UK time for an urgent medical flight from Italy back to the UK. Within 3 hours we had arranged a fully equipped and staffed air ambulance the client airborne from Italy.

Even on Christmas day Oxygen 4 are working, dispatching two flights for different clients. One of which was from deepest Russia travelling back to Central Europe with a Learjet 60 whereby we needed to organise the catering from the clients favourite restaurant.

Oxygen 4, arranged a flight for a family flying from Europe to Indian Ocean in Gulfstream IV. During their stay, the child of the couple decided that the sunshine island they were holidaying on really was not so exciting. The following day, we had made arrangements to take the family to an exclusive Safari Lodge in South Africa. The parents had the last laugh though and returned via Sardinia for a few days on the return flight to Europe !!!

The month of Music tours: Oxygen 4 arranges one US Music Tour in a Gulfstream IV for a member of one of the most famous 70s rock bands who is just as popular as a solo artist. In addition we also provided European tours for two of the most recognised pop bands with in the European charts on Citation Excel aircraft. The crew on the aircraft in the US reported that the concerts were excellent !

Our office received a call from a client early morning needing to move their CEO urgently from Baku Moscow. Oxygen 4 arranged a Learjet 60 that was able to collect the client within 4 hours of confirmation; having arranged all Azerbaijani and Russian permissions. Even with the short notice, we were able to arrange his favourite sushi for lunch !

The company was established on 01 March 2005, the first flight the company booked was for a flight departing on 02 March 2005 for a high nett worth client for a weekend stay in Seychelles to and from Dubai with a Challenger 604. The party were so pleased with the service that was offered, since then they have booked this flight a further four times !
